Ord River Rum is made from local sugar cane, wet season rainwater and yeast that is all vat fermented, pot distilled, aged in 300 litre oak barrels from the Australian wine industry and hand bottled. The result is a smooth tropical flavour with an oaky finish. This is the overproof version with attitude which is also charcoal filtered to create a full flavour with a smooth finish. This rum is a multiple award winning rum, having taken out silver in the Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition, silver at the 2016 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and gold in the 2015 International Spirits Challenge in London.
